At HostPoppy, we offer a variety of 2FA methods to suit your needs. After logging into your HostPoppy account, select Security. |

The available 2FA options will be displayed. When first registered for 2FA, you must select Activate. · Email 2FA: This authentication send a one-time verification code to your registered email address whenever you log in. · Yubikey 2FA: This physical security key plugs into your device or connects via NFC. It offers a robust level of security by requiring you to physically possess the key, making it highly effective against unauthorized access. Keys must be purchased by the client before activating this option. · Google Authenticator: Start by downloading the free Google Authenticator app from the App Store or Google Play Store. When you log in, a code will be sent to the app, which you must enter to complete your login process. Note: You can only activate one 2FA option at a time. |
Each 2FA option will require an activation process before it has been fully enabled.

Yubikey 1. Insert your Yubikey into your computer or laptop 2. Select Continue. 3. You may be prompted to confirm your pairing by pressing the gold “key” disk on your key. |
