Submitting a Website Maintenance Request

After enrolling in a Website Maintenance Program, you will gain access to the Website Services department. This allows you to easily submit maintenance requests through the Tickets section of your HostPoppy account.

Log into your HostPoppy account and then select Tickets.

Select Create New Ticket.

You will be presented with a list of available departments. Select Website Services.

Once you select Website Services, you can provide the details of your maintenance request and upload any necessary files. Most requests are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours, but those requiring additional information or files may take longer.
