You may request a cancellation for recurring services within your HostPoppy account. If we receive a cancellation request, your service will remain active until the end of the billing period.

On the left side of the Service Details page, select Request Cancellation. After selecting Request Cancellation, you will need to enter a reason and then submit the request. |
