If you already know your account password but would like to update it, you may do so by logging into your profile and submitting a request.
Note: If you do not remember your password you cannot change it through this method. Please see I Can’t Access My Account for steps on the password recovery process.

Log into your HostPoppy account and then select Profile. |

Select Change Password. |

Enter your current password in the Old Password field. |

Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
o At least 12 characters o At least 1 upper case letter o At least 1 lower case letter o 1 number o 1 special character, for example @, $, %. |

Select Save Changes. |
After selecting Save Changes the new password will take effect immediately.
